How it works
You can access the portal here, or via the blue LOGIN button located in the top navigation bar. Click and select ‘CUSTOMER LOGIN’.
Don’t have a login or have forgotten your login details?
- Access the portal here, or via the blue LOGIN button located in the top navigation bar.
- Under ‘Client Id’ type in your email address then click on the ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ link
- An email will be automatically sent to your email address associated with your loan account to reset your password.
- Alternatively, you can request a login by completing and submitting the form on the Existing Customers page under ‘I want to access my account online’.

What you can do
- View your balance
- View upcoming payments
- Filter and download a pdf of your transactions
- View the amount financed, including interest rate and when your loan is due to be complete
- Update your address details
- Update your employment details
- Apply for a loan top up
