Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility – Things you need to know:

  • Available to new loans paid out from Friday 1 May until Sunday 31 May 2026
  • Minimum loan amount is $3,000
  • Minimum loan term is one (1) year.
  • Secured interest rates from 9.95% pa to 20.95% pa. Unsecured personal loans, interest rates from 14.95% pa to 19.95% pa. Partially secured personal loans interest rates from 13.95% pa to 19.95% pa.
  • Subject to Oxford Finance terms, conditions for each product type, loan establishment fee $153.00, direct costs of up to $30.24, monthly account maintenance fee $4.00, and normal lending criteria, including suitability and affordability
  • Offer applies only to customers not introduced by intermediaries
  • Six (6) winners will be randomly drawn on Wednesday 3 June 2026 and will be notified by email or phone.

The Competition

  1. There are six (6) $500 fuel gift cards to be won from participating providers (BP, Caltex, Mobil, and Z Energy) via GiftStation. Six (6) winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received by 2pm, 31 May 2026. The prize winners will be notified by email or phone no later than 5pm 5 June 2026. Winners can choose to receive either a BP, Caltex, Mobil, or Z Energy fuel gift card. The prize will be sent via courier to the winners agreed postal address within 30 days of the prize draw. If a winner does not respond by 12 June 2026, we reserve the right to  withdraw the prize and draw another winner. Oxford Finance’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash. Oxford Finance may substitute an alternative equivalent prize/s without notice.
  2. Entry to prize draw available only to customers not introduced by intermediaries.
  3. Oxford Finance shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), which is suffered or arising out of connection with the prize draws, taking our using of a prize, or any other act or omission (whether negligent or not) of Oxford Finance, or for entries not received, except for any liability which cannon be excluded by law.
