Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility – Things you need to know:

  • Available to new loans paid out from Monday 3 March 2025 until Monday 31 March 2025
  • Minimum loan amount is $3,000
  • Maximum loan amount ranges from $30,000 to $50,000 (Unsecured personal loans and Partially secured personal loans)
  • Minimum loan term is two (2) years. Unsecured personal loans, minimum loan term is six (6) months.
  • Interest rates from 9.95% pa to 20.95% pa. Unsecured personal loans, interest rates from 14.95% pa to 19.95% pa. Partially secured personal loans interest rates from 13.95% pa to 19.95% pa.
  • Subject to Oxford Finance terms, conditions for each product type, loan establishment fee $174.00, direct costs of up to $30.24, monthly account maintenance fee $6.00, and normal lending criteria, including suitability and affordability
  • Offer applies only to customers not introduced by intermediaries
  • Three (3) winners will be randomly drawn on Wednesday 9 April 2025 and will be notified by email or phone.

The Competition

  1. There are three (3) Prezzy Card prizes to be one. 1st prize: $1,500 Prezzy Card, 2nd prize: $1,000 Prezzy Card, 3rd prize $500 Prezzy card. Three winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received by 2pm, 31 March 2025. The prize winners will be notified by email or phone no later than 5pm 9 April 2025. The prize will be sent via courier to the winners agreed postal address within 30 days of the prize draw. If a winner does not respond by 14 April 2025, we reserve the right to  withdraw the prize and draw another winner. Oxford Finance’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash. Oxford Finance may substitute  an alternative equivalent prize/s without notice.
  2. Oxford Finance shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), which is suffered or arising out of connection with the prize draws, taking our using of a prize, or any other act or omission (whether negligent or not) of Oxford Finance, or for entries not received, except for any liability which cannon be excluded by law.
