Training needs will be identified through regular performance meetings, discussions with your manager and any skills gap identified through the annual performance reviews.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

EAP is part of our Health, Safety and Wellness strategy and helps our employees deal with personal and work issues. It is a totally confidential and professional counselling programme.
Birthday Leave

Available to all permanent employees who work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.  You are entitled to a paid day off to celebrate your birthday as long as you have been employed with us for a minimum of 6 months prior to when your actual birthday falls.
